During the October 3, 2017 MVEDA Business in the Borderplex Forum, MVEDA CEO Davin Lopez announced that TLC Associates has agreed to open operations in the former Sitel building in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The company will hire about 350 employees. Thomas L. Cardella & Associates (TLC Associates), based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, announced it would be adding 800 employees nationwide, including the 350 in Las Cruces; 150 new employees in El Paso to complement an already existing call center there; and 150 employees at a soon-to-be-announced location in the southwestern United States. TLC Associates provides services for some of the nation’s leading companies such as Bank of America, Verizon, CenturyLink, and Direct TV.
