LAS CRUCES – Sitel, which employees hundreds of people at its Las Cruces’ customer service center, announced it will hire 200 more workers. The company said that it is expanding its Las Cruces call center which provides customer service for retail banking and satellite television clients. This marks the third expansion at the facility in 18 months.
Sitel and New Mexico Workforce Solutions will conduct an on-site job fair on April 19 at 2100 Summit Court. Candidates can apply in person from 3 to 7 p.m., and can speak to Sitel HR representatives about career opportunities. Candidates can also apply online at Sitel’s Careers section at sitel.com.
The company said it is looking for candidates with a minimum of six months prior work history, a high school diploma or GED and stable employment history.
Governor Susana Martinez and Secretary of Economic Development Jon Barela will tour the Las Cruces facility on Friday.
