The August High Tech Consortium (HTC) of Southern New Mexico membership meeting will be on Friday, August 16, 2013 at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
This month’s speaker will be Professor Anthony Hyde, Director of the Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Center (M-TEC) in the College of Engineering at NMSU. The M-TEC organization works with individuals, entrepreneurs and business to assist with engineering, manufacturing, product development and prototyping. M-TEC has assisted over 400 businesses throughout New Mexico and has been involved with 17 startup companies over the past ten years. Professor Hyde will discuss the M-TEC mission, projects and future focus of the Center.
