The July High Tech Consortium (HTC) of Southern New Mexico membership meeting will be on Friday, July 19, 2013 at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
This month’s speaker will be Mr. Dennis Zaklan, Deputy Director of the New Mexico State University’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Flight Test Center. Mr. Zaklan has been one of the principle drivers in establishing NMSU’s Physical Science Laboratory as one of the nations’ leaders in UAS. Mr. Zaklan will discuss the NMSU UAS Program, outline some of the payloads that have been flown for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and touch on future plans.
