The International Business Accelerator, the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance, and Civitas Capital Group are joining together to present a seminar on the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which will take place on April 26, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Doña Ana Community College Small Business Development Center (2345 East Nevada Ave., Ste. 101), Room 127, in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The EB-5 program is a unique, federally approved program, which utilizes foreign investment dollars for economic development and job creation projects. These investments are most appropriate for industrial, commercial, and multi-family housing or mixed development projects.  Seminar topics will include:  an overview of the EB-5 program and its mechanics, who is authorized to invest in the program, investment criteria, and discussion of existing EB-5 projects.
