Tuesday at the Business in the Borderplex Luncheon, MVEDA hosted its annual Commercial Real Estate Update. A new addition to this year’s event included an update on the commercial real estate activities taking place in El Paso which was presented by Bob Ayoub, President of MIMCO, Inc. Representing the Las Cruces and Doña Ana County markets were Kary Bulsterbaum of Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real and Jake Redfearn of NAI 1st Valley Commercial Real Estate.
The event took a unique, regional approach and viewpoint of economic conditions affecting different sectors of commercial real estate. And although two markets were represented, the growth in retail and medical sectors as well as challenges of downtown developments, were common denominators expressed by each presenter.
