The June meeting of the MVEDA Business in the Borderplex Forum will feature a panel of commercial real estate brokers discussing the changing real estate landscape in our area. Speakers include Kary Bulsterbaum of Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real Estate, Jake Redfearn of NAI 1st Valley Real Estate and Brett C. Preston of Cushman & Wakefield-PIRES International.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, 705 S. Telshor. It will begin with a hot entrée buffet. Advance registration is $25.00 per person, payable by major credit card via the secure PayPal portal on the registration form. Payment at the door with cash, check or credit card is $30.00 per person. Due to space constraints reservations are required. Registration closes Thursday, June 1, 2017.
About the Speakers
Kary Bulsterbaum is an Associate Broker at Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real Estate and is an active member of the Grady Oxford commercial team. He has over 12+ years of brokerage and industry related experience. In recent years Kary has completed multiple federal, state, and local transactions related to leasing, disposition, and acquisition.
Jake Redfearn is a Principal at NAI 1st Valley Real Estate. He has been involved in transactions that include CVS, US Bank, Church’s Chicken, Sonic, Dunkin Donuts, Denny’s, Sprouts, KFC, Starbucks, Top Golf, Crunch Fitness, and many others. Currently he sits on the Boards of the Chamber of Commerce, MVEDA, and the NAI Retail Council. Previously, Jake was on the Boards of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the Downtown Partnership.
Brett C. Preston is Managing Partner for Cushman & Wakefield-PIRES International, an industrial real estate firm located in El Paso. He Brett has been active in commercial and industrial real estate in New Mexico, Texas and Northern Mexico since 1986. He has been involved in transactions that include the Eureka Company, Sara Lee Corporation, VF Jeanswear/Wrangler, and Phelps Dodge. He served as Chairman of the Industry Retention and Expansion Committee for the El Paso Chamber of Commerce.
